We offer two different loan solutions to small businesses looking to fund growth or make acquistions.

 

Shorter Term Financing:

 

• $300K to $1.5M for a duration of 6 to 12 months

• Cash flow loans. The borrower must show ability to service debt and make weekly payments. 

• No Equity and no Personal Guarantees required.

• Interest Rate: 2% per month. Origination Fee: 5% 

 

Longer Term Financing:

 

• Amount: $3M to $5M for a duration of 24 to 36 months.

• True working capital loan. Borrower must show ability to service debt and have sufficient collateral. Monthly interest payments with a balloon payment at the end of the term. 

• Equity and Personal Guarantees are required.

• Interest rate 15% per annum. Origination Fee: 5%
